After I painted my nails like this everyone was like "OMG!" "you're so talented!" "HOW DID YOU DO THAT?" "Your hand is so steady!" "Those nails complement your natural beauty" "Will you marry me?"

My hand is not that steady, I first painted my nails black, let that dry, then put tape on my nails so that the strips ran parallel and then painted white on top of the black, so the black was preserved where the tape was. I let the white dry, took off the strips, and voila! Beautiful nails.
