My life is so crazy I can't believe I forgot to say anything about this, but last Thursday I went to the Alexander McQueen exhibit at the met.
It is the most beautiful and fascinating and amazing and devastating exhibit that the Met has ever done, and by far the most popular. I went in the middle of the day on a Thursday and I had to wait in line for well over an hour, and inside it was crowded and pushy but what I saw was absolutely phenomenal and heartbreaking, if you have any appreciation for art or sculpture or fashion or performance you absolutely must go.
It was upsetting to say the least, but it definitely deserves all the attention and publicity that it's receiving.
